- Team captains are responsible for managing their team members

Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in full before participation
- Payment information is processed securely through third-party processors
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- We reserve the right to change fees with advance notice
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the service

Sportsmanship and Code of Conduct
All participants agree to:
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
- Respect officials, opponents, and other participants
- Follow all league rules and regulations
- Accept decisions made by officials and administrators
- Refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct, including verbal abuse, fighting, or cheating
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- UCAN Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule matches due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Teams must notify us of forfeits or withdrawals as soon as possible
- Repeated defaults may result in suspension from the league
- Refunds for cancelled programs are at our sole discretion
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Assumption of Risk
By participating in UCAN Sports activities, you acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ucan Sports and Academy LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
