About Ucan Sports and Academy LLP
These Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") govern your participation in sports programs, leagues, and events organized by Ucan Sports and Academy LLP ("we," "us," "our," or "UCAN Sports"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India.
Acceptance of Conditions
By registering for, participating in, or attending any UCAN Sports program, league, tournament, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate in our programs.
Registration and Eligibility
Player Eligibility
- All participants must be at least 13 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Players must provide accurate personal information during registration
- Players must honestly represent their skill level for appropriate division placement
- Players must not be suspended or banned from any UCAN Sports programs
- Players must meet any specific eligibility criteria for individual programs or leagues
Team Registration
- Team captains are responsible for all team registrations and communications
- Teams must have the minimum required number of players as specified for each program
- Team names must be appropriate and not offensive or infringing on trademarks
- Teams must register before the specified deadline for each program
- Late registrations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
Payment Terms
Registration Fees
- All fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless payment plans are specifically authorized
- Fees are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by UCAN Sports
- Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment can be made through methods specified on our platform or by contacting our office
- Outstanding payments may result in suspension from current and future programs
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided if UCAN Sports cancels a program or league
- Withdrawal from a program after registration does not entitle participants to a refund
- In case of program cancellation by UCAN Sports, full refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Partial refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of UCAN Sports management
Program Participation
Attendance and Punctuality
- Players are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled match times
- Teams with insufficient players may forfeit matches as per league rules
- Repeated absences may result in removal from the program without refund
- Players must notify team captains or UCAN Sports of absences in advance when possible
Equipment and Attire
- Players must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear for all activities
- Team jerseys, when provided, must be worn during official matches
- Players are responsible for their own personal equipment (bats, gloves, pads, etc.)
- UCAN Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
Code of Conduct and Sportsmanship
Expected Behavior
All participants must:
- Treat all players, officials, staff, and spectators with respect and courtesy
- Follow all rules and regulations of the sport and specific league
- Accept decisions made by umpires, referees, and officials without dispute
- Refrain from use of abusive language, harassment, or threatening behavior
- Play fairly and avoid any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct
- Respect venue property and facilities
- Comply with all instructions from UCAN Sports staff and venue personnel
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors will result in immediate disciplinary action:
- Physical violence or threatening behavior toward any participant, official, or spectator
- Use of illegal substances or playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, religion, gender, age, or any other protected characteristic
- Deliberately damaging venue facilities or equipment
- Match-fixing, gambling on matches, or any form of corruption
- Impersonating other players or providing false information
Disciplinary Actions
UCAN Sports reserves the right to:
- Issue warnings for minor infractions
- Suspend players from matches for code of conduct violations
- Remove players or teams from programs without refund for serious violations
- Ban players permanently from all UCAN Sports programs for egregious conduct
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
Health and Safety
Medical Fitness
- Participants must be physically fit to participate in sports activities
- Players with medical conditions must disclose them during registration
- Players are responsible for their own medical insurance and healthcare
- UCAN Sports recommends medical check-ups before participating in strenuous activities
Assumption of Risk
By participating in UCAN Sports programs, you acknowledge and accept that sports activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to:
- Sprains, strains, and muscle injuries
- Fractures and broken bones
- Concussions and head injuries
- Cuts, bruises, and abrasions
- Heat exhaustion and dehydration
- Other injuries that may result from sports participation
You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
Emergency Procedures
- UCAN Sports staff are trained in basic first aid
- In case of serious injury, emergency medical services will be contacted immediately
- Emergency contact information provided during registration will be used if needed
- Players should report all injuries, no matter how minor, to officials immediately
Match Fixtures and Scheduling
Schedule Changes
- UCAN Sports reserves the right to modify match schedules due to weather, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Teams will be notified of schedule changes as soon as possible via email, SMS, or app notifications
- Matches postponed due to weather will be rescheduled at the discretion of UCAN Sports
- No refunds will be provided for rescheduled or relocated matches
Match Forfeits and Walkovers
- Teams failing to field minimum players will forfeit the match
- Teams must notify UCAN Sports at least 24 hours in advance of any foreseeable forfeit
- Repeated forfeits may result in team removal from the league without refund
- Forfeited match scores will be recorded as per league rules
Venue Rules and Regulations
Facility Usage
- Players must comply with all venue-specific rules and regulations
- Smoking, tobacco use, and alcohol consumption are prohibited unless explicitly allowed by venue
- Players must use designated areas for warm-up, practice, and spectating
- Food and beverages are only allowed in designated areas
- Players must keep all areas clean and dispose of trash properly
Parking and Access
- Players are responsible for parking fees and violations
- UCAN Sports is not responsible for vehicles or items left in vehicles
- Players must arrive early enough to allow for parking and venue access
Media and Photography
By participating in UCAN Sports programs, you grant UCAN Sports the right to:
- Photograph, video record, and livestream matches and events
- Use your name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, social media, and website
- Publish match statistics, results, and player performance data
- Share content on UCAN Sports platforms and partner platforms
If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, you must notify UCAN Sports in writing before program participation.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data for:
- Program administration and communication
- Emergency contact purposes
- Statistical analysis and program improvement
- Marketing communications (with your consent)

Intellectual Property
- All UCAN Sports branding, logos, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
- Team names and logos created for UCAN Sports leagues remain property of the teams but cannot infringe on existing trademarks
- Participants may not use UCAN Sports branding for commercial purposes without written permission
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ucan Sports and Academy LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in programs
- Theft, loss, or damage to personal property
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Errors or inaccuracies in program information
- Interruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ucan Sports and Academy LLP, its partners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your participation in UCAN Sports programs
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Any injury or damage you cause to other participants, spectators, or property
Program Modifications and Cancellations
- UCAN Sports reserves the right to modify program formats, rules, and schedules at any time
- Programs may be cancelled due to insufficient registrations, with full refunds provided
- Programs may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, venue unavailability, government restrictions, etc.)
- In case of partial program completion, refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
On-Field Disputes
- All on-field decisions made by umpires and referees are final
- Disputes regarding rules or match conduct should be submitted in writing within 48 hours
- UCAN Sports administration will review disputes and provide final decisions
General Disputes
For disputes not related to on-field decisions:
- Participants agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting UCAN Sports management
- If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law
- Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Mumbai, India
Amendments
UCAN Sports reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be:
- Posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Communicated to active participants via email when material changes are made
- Effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ucan Sports and Academy LLP regarding participation in our programs.

Important: By registering for and participating in UCAN Sports programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in sports participation and voluntarily assume those risks.
